Booked a room with a balcony. Hair dryers, a spa bathtub, and a walk-in shower were available there. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. They offered ironing at no cost too. The hotel was set in a central area right by very many interesting restaurants, major attractions, and the center of town from the Inn. Popped in Ice Plant for shots before sleep, it was just a short stroll away from the venue.

Supper friendly staff, top-notch room, in general I thoroughly enjoyed this quirky hotel. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a couch and it's own balcony. The team provided a great service. Offered tasty and savoury breakfast.

My favorite property in St. Augustine. Very well decorated hotel, 3 stars. Nice location in the perfect area, just off the tourists spots, major attractions and the historic center. Plus, easy walk to Lightner Museum. Top-class, amazingly attentive people working here.

The hospitable and absolutely friendly staff greeted us with a smile. The location was lovely and beautiful for walking around a private liberal arts college. This hotel was in a downtown area adjacent to a trolley off on/off, the center of town from the Inn and historical area.

The venue is lovely old and quaint with incredibly attentive staff. The rooms are nicely decorated and brand-new with a balcony and our experience is very peaceful.

The location was stunning close to the centre and the staff here was top-class and amazingly attentive. I randomly popped in La Herencia Cafe serving some pastries, located at walking distance from the hotel, it was nice.

The hotel was charming old with a huge variety of large and perfectly clean rooms. The staff were pleasant when asking for tips about St. Augustine. Provided breakfast was tasty and scrumptious with cakes before and cakes, exceeded our expectations. The daily service was great. We had a such great experience.

The room was inviting with central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and ironing facilities.
